I would like to begin by stating that I do not claim to be an expert on the subject matter of life coaching. However, as I do with all topics that interest me, I have spent several weeks conducting research and immersing myself in the world of people who are masters of this trade.

I initially became interested in this topic because I am starting my own venture (to learn about it feel free to check out my article on The 5 Why’s of My Startup Journey) or check out the website at https://www.quantifiedcoach.com/

While I am not following the “traditional life coaching” route but rather have found a way to infuse data analytics from wearable devices into the process for performance measurement tracking, I still had a lot to learn about what it takes to set up and design the foundation of a lifestyle coaching business.

The key takeaway from all of my research was that there is no limit to the amount of creativity and customization that can be applied to a life coaching program and each program should be entirely unique to the individual coach. Learn the foundational principles but then infuse your personality and style into everything you do- it shows and your customers will become loyal, loving fans, for that reason alone!
