Absolutely not. I am a female working in finance and though I do not have a child reading this article has made my blood boil. How dare Morgan Stanley or any other employer, person, or organization make women choose between taking care of themselves and succeeding in their career.

I’ve never heard a male executive wonder if he should go to the dentist for a cleaning or wait a few years to do that in order to show commitment to his career.

This is how insane and moronic it sounds for a woman to have to choose between breastfeeding and career success.

The simple fact of the matter is that women are penalized for being female in situations where being female doesn’t directly benefit the company. Morgan Stanley is in trouble here because after reading the letter you sent over I can tell that you are brilliant. Please make them pay for their discrimination and remember that you deserve to be successful as a human being, not as a female or as a mother.
