Ah the elusive “better.”

Thank you for writing this article, I like what Microsoft is doing to advance meeting and workspace technology but “better” is a tricky word to nail down when it comes to the future of work.

I don’t think we can innovate our way out of this workplace mess we’ve gotten ourselves into with technology alone. In my opinion, a shift in the employer/employee relationship is going to be the real key to unlocking the true potential of the workplace.
