Benjamin Sledge totally agree that it’s vital in this era to develop a keen sense of self. It’s nearly impossible to block out all of the noise but if people look just a little more time to get to know themselves and take a real look at what's on their screens I’m confident our society has the ability to distinguish between “real” and “fake” signals.

I just can’t figure out if people know they should and don’t care enough to do so or if they really don’t know that what they see is carefully curated content.
