Daniel Goldman I literally say that The PerPost Project is “like SparkNotes for research papers.” Like that is the tagline. The papers and posts that will end up as part of the project will aim to be accessible to the mass public, not to a specific segment of experts. I believe that everyone has a right to information regardless of their reading strength, cognitive processing ability, or level of higher education.

Saying “an asset prices fully reflect all available information” is a way more complicated way of saying “something is worth the price it’s marked at” — but they both describe the efficient-market hypothesis equally well.
