First of all, thank you for publishing this (and on Christmas no less!) it was an engaging and valuable read. My question revolved around the 4x4 matrix you mentioned- what is one to do with the answers to these questions? Do you compare them to each other week over week or do you use the answers to immediately correct things you find unsatisfactory?
