Hey Marco, this article was super interesting and well written. I absolutely agree with the opinion that we should let the machines do the repetitive, boring, and endless tasks involved mainly with backend reporting/ filing and leave the patient care to the human doctors, nurses, and medical community. As it has been stated many times, you cannot program empathy into a robot and while empathy is not always necessary for medical intervention- it usually is. My question is around how to start allowing this process to happen. What can we do, as regular civilians, to help the medical field transition from doctor/ patient to doctor/ patient/ tech?
