I actually get sleep paralyzation regularly (or what I would call regularly, really just like once or twice a month) so I know the feeling. Mine is definitely brought on by sleep medication so when I “wake up” freaking out I know it’s not like I’m going to die it’s just some weird side-effect and I’m able to calm myself down and get out of it.
I love people who attempt their own illustrations or designs, just the effort is so priceless. Thanks!
