I like this thought process, it’s clear and it makes sense- but the world (especially the startup world) is very rarely clear and logical. I think it’s important to define a strategy but the best entrepreneurs, in my opinion, don’t follow steps set out as defined by tactics- they run hundreds of micro “action” tests, assess the results, calibrate the approach, and re-launch. Entrepreneurship is quite messy, but I agree that it does help to be prepared with strategy Thanks for writing this Darren Matthews.
