I love this sentiment and that there's actually a product working to solve this "style over substance" problem. As a female entrepreneur, I have a hard enough time getting in the door but once I'm at the table I struggle to "fit in".
I'm on the spectrum so I can be a bit awkward and I'm pretty direct as a person (it's just my nature) so I often get the feedback that I'm "too serious".
At the end of the day, though, I know how to run a startup and I want to be judged on my execution merits- not my ability to "sparkle" in conversation.
