It’s interesting that we have to take extreme measures to escape the technologies we created in order to make our lives “better” and “easier”.

I have heard stories of people doing things such as setting this wifi to automatically cut off at 10 PM so that they were physically unable to surf the web after bedtime (on their laptop/ tablet at least) or having to take anxiety medication to ease the stress their social media engagement (or lack thereof on certain days) causes them.

As I look more and more into this I find that the solution seems to be the evolution of better habits and the developing a tolerance for “fomo”.
