I find this study on corruption to be highly indicative of my experience and likely the experience of others when it comes to the culture that is adopted once bad ethics are not only accepted but actually advocated for. When the leaders (managers/ bosses) are the promoters of the bad behavior the problem is almost irreversible- it’s sad really.
