Jaynee Beach Yes given the choice of employees moving up but being stuck in old tradition or moving on and reinventing themselves, I would say everyone can agree it is much better that the employees move on. I was just saying it’s nice when the founding partners can bring up employees that they’ve worked with and trust to run day-to-day operations so that they can oversee broader goals and this is how the company expands without congestion.
