John Griswold I can argue with you until we’re both out of breath but what neither of us can do is ask every single person in the 37% whether they’re out of the Labor Market by choice or by force. Maybe where you come from you see a lot of people out of work by choice but where I’m from, there are a lot of people who want jobs that can’t get them. I’m saying, you’re right- the true unemployment rate isn’t 37% ..but I can guarantee you it’s not 3.8% either.
