Michael Rincon yes exactly, what about the underemployed- they aren't even counted in the unemployment statistic. The crazy thing to me, and what I was trying to get across in the article is that it’s not like we don’t recognize that these variables exist, it’s just that the definitions don’t officially recognize them and thus they aren't accounted for. How wild is it that our entire country’s ecosystem is dependant on the words of a definition of a group of conditions that have to be met in order to be considered “unemployed” and how crazy is it that these conditions don’t match what real unemployment looks like?

Anyway, with regards to the Nudge and recruitment thing- that’s interesting. I’ve been trying to find a good perspective on using Nudge theory in the HR occupation- maybe it’s being done in recruitment. Can you elaborate?
