Not for nothing but can we just stop to appreciate how amazing and counter-intuitive/ contradictory it is that a historian is the leading authority on the future of technology.

Obviously, Harari is brilliant, it takes only a moment of listening to him speak to get that, but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that his education and passion is history and he has the best ideas about the future.
