Question: if you had to estimate how “intentional” you think the choice architecture of consumer businesses is (from very intentional i.e Amazon to not very intentional i.e. I’m not sure of a good example) what would you say the split is percentage wise?
I have been doing a lot of research on behavioral science, decision design, and nudging as well and I also can’t “unsee” it. I would love to connect and hear more about your findings!
