Thanks Keith! The concept of “office hours” should be dead because it no longer serves the purpose it was created to. Employers ditch old technology, and get rid of old decor but for some reason the culture change stops there. Some interesting stats from a report by The Motley Fool cited that 60% of flexible workers feel more productive and are less stressed as they avoid long commutes to the office etc. Anyway, thanks for weighing in!
