The Key to Performance Indicators for Personal Growth

Key Performance Indicators are gauges of progress toward a specific goal that an individual or a business unit is working toward achieving.
Step #1
Identify your projected goal- We will call this goal the outcome.
In order to achieve the desired outcome, you must first identify what success looks like and then determine what the most meaningful indicators of success would be. The keywords here are “most meaningful”- you shouldn’t just choose indicators of success at random.
For example, a person can have 6.2 million followers on Instagram and this could be an indicator of success if success was defined as “number of followers” — however most often, success for social media marketing is defined as “number of people engaging with content” or “quality of content engagement.” So, tracking and measuring the number…
