This is the precise moment when the senior team (managing partners and partners) will need to promote the employees 1–10 from their current positions into leadership roles. This takes the decision making involvement off of the senior team, which is good because at this stage they are likely bottlenecks and also good because there is no “power play” there is a clear, strategic, and transparent promotion of certain people who have earned a rise in position. If the cycle continues like this it should run smoothly because it’s not always a power struggle and a bunch of ??? about who is responsible for what- it’s transparent and fair.
