This is wildly fascinating and cool beyond belief but here is the problem:

Synder’s Apple Watch didn’t send him a text alert saying “you getting high blood sugar” nor did his Fitbit tell him how to manage his diet and in which ways to exercise for optimal results. Synder discovered these things through extensive scientific research and obsessive self-monitoring

How many of us are biochemists?

How many of us can afford 1 fitness tracker, nevermind 8?

How many of us even know where to go or who to ask to run any of the “-omes” tests he’s put himself through?

I applaud what he’s doing as research it’s important, but it’s not realistic that any “regular” person would know what to do with the data he’s collected.

I think we should be more focused on that.
