For this weeks’ Wearable Insight I chose to breakdown the Sleep Tracking feature on the Garmin fenix 5 sport watch. Most sport watches and activity trackers- from the basic (I’m talking Fitbit) to the advanced (WHOOP strap) come equipped with some level of sleep monitoring these days so while I am going to cover the insights from the Garmin fenix 5 specifically, the broad recovery concepts I will discuss are applicable to any wearable device.
