If you are unfamiliar with this Wearable Insights Series I would recommend reading the first post as it describes what you can expect from this series as well as some background info on the device that I am using (Garmin fenix 5).

The last article in the Wearable Insights Series was on Sleep Tracking and some key insights that wearables can produce for you if you know what to look for. For example, it is more useful to look at multiple nights of sleep data in comparison against each other than to look at one night of data alone. Other key insights from the article were around knowing how to tell what your ideal sleep and wake time is and how to interpret this information as it relates to your body rhythms which basically means:

What can the data tell you about the quality of your sleep and what can that tell you about the potential for your next-day’s performance?

This is where I would like to pick up today’s Wearable Insights article as sleep is such a massive topic that can be evaluated from so many different angles.
