What an interesting area of experience I had never thought about. We spend so much time working on solving problems so that things “go right” and work correctly, but when that doesn’t happen the consumer is going to get an error message. I always just assumed it was kind of a standard situation but “error recovery” makes it sound like a game, which is fun and interesting. Thank you for this perspective!
